Each bottle encapsulates the essence of the 60-year-old vines. Reedy, renowned for his expertise at Ferrari Ranch, VML & Truett Hurst Wines, leverages his considerable knowledge to produce a wine that encapsulates the bold richness of Sonoma Valley. Each bottle is individually hand-dipped in wax for an elegant finish.

This premium bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon was inspired by the act of giving roses to a friend. May this be the first of many roses we share together.
The grapes rest on their skins for a month during the harvest, a technique that fosters the development of intricate flavors. These are complemented by a natural fermentation process – free from added yeast. It’s characterized by its silky tannins & elegant flavor tapestry with sumptuous notes of blackberry jam. It pairs perfectly with diverse dishes such as short ribs, Italian sausage, rib eye, or a plate of aged Gruyere cheese. The result is a wine with an invitingly soft texture, thanks to a 24-month aging period in French oak barrels. Each bottle is individually hand wax-dipped for an elegant finish.

TASTING NOTES
From the legendary Alexander Valley region in Sonoma County emerges Rose Vine Cellars’ first offering, Red Rose – an exquisite 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon. Each bottle tells the tale of its 60-year-old vine origins, reverberating the vibrant Californian climate and the region’s heritage-rich past.
The aromatics open with blackcurrant, rich cherry, chocolate-
covered blueberries, and allspice. The palate preserves a great degree of elegance but is decidedly on the heavier side of medium-bodied. Tannins are super silky partly due to 24 months of elevage in French oak barrels, giving this Alexander Valley Cabernet the proper amount of time needed to settle itself down. The finish pushes pert acidity, more fine-grain tannin, and a lovely berry fruit profile that lingers.
